Okay, so I’ve been seeing this PRADA Tessuto Nylon Backpack all over the online store lately. It’s supposed to be, like, a remake of their classic nylon bags? I was curious, so I started digging around.
First, I checked out the official PRADA online store, you know, just to see what they had to say about it.
- They’re all about this new collection, showing it off like crazy.
Then, I dove into some online forums and discussions. People are talking about whether these remakes are worth buying.
- Some folks are comparing them to other brands, like, someone mentioned Fendi and there was even a conversation about how much it costs to actually make one of these PRADA bags, I think I saw someone said it was around September 9, 2009. Wild, right?

From what I gathered, this backpack is supposed to be really tough and water-resistant. That makes sense since it’s nylon. I mean, other bags I’ve had from, say, Gucci or YSL, they are all real leather. But this one’s different.
What really caught my eye is that these remakes are supposed to be just like the old ones, but kinda refreshed. I also saw some report, I think it’s from 2022, saying that because they’re nylon, they last a long time, and you can even sell them later for a decent price.
So, after all this “research,” I finally decided to just go for it and remake one myself. Yeah, I know, sounds crazy, but I figured, why not? If it’s all about that strong, waterproof nylon, maybe I can try my hand at it.
I ordered some heavy-duty nylon fabric, similar zippers, and all the other bits and pieces. It was actually kind of fun, putting it all together. It’s not exactly like the real deal, obviously, but it looks pretty good, if I do say so myself.
And you know what? It’s surprisingly sturdy! I’ve used it a few times now, and it holds up well, even in the rain. I guess this little experiment turned out better than I expected.
