Okay, guys, so today I’m gonna share my little adventure trying to snag a High imitation Rolex GMT-Master II, the one with that “Root Beer” bezel. You know, the one that’s kinda brown and black. Looked real nice in the pictures, gotta admit.
So, I started digging around online, looking for this watch, It was listed as a “High imitation Rolex GMT-Master II Root Beer Bezel Original order” so I thought, “Okay, maybe this is the one.” The pictures they showed, man, they were slick. That two-tone bracelet, the black and brown bezel, it all looked pretty legit. At least, from what I could tell, you know?
I reached out to a bunch of these sellers, asking about the details and about ordering and how much it was gonna cost. I compared prices. Some were way up there, some were a little more in my price range. I was really trying to find the best deal, of course, who wouldn’t, right?
The waiting game
- After a few days of back and forth, I finally settled on one seller who seemed to know what they were talking about.
- I placed my order, sent over the money, and then the waiting began.
- It took a while, longer than I expected, to be honest. But finally, I got that notification that it had shipped.
When the package finally arrived, I ripped it open like a kid on Christmas morning. And there it was, my High imitation Rolex GMT-Master II. I took it out of the box, held it in my hands, and I gotta say, it felt pretty good. It had some weight to it, you know? Not like those cheap knock-offs that feel like plastic.
I put it on my wrist, and it looked pretty darn good, if I do say so myself. That Root Beer bezel, it really does pop. I wore it around for a few days, showed it off to a couple of buddies. They were impressed, thought it was the real deal for a second there.
Now, I’m not saying this thing is perfect. It’s still a High imitation, right? But for the price I paid, I’m pretty happy with it. It’s a nice-looking watch, and it keeps time just fine.
